1. Set trengo api key and whatsapp template in the workspace general tab

In the whatsapp you can use the follow variables

1 => tagLabel
2 => tagName
3 => deliveryWindowStartDate
4 => deliveryWindowEndDate
5 => deliveryInternalNote
6 => deliveryQuantity
